Public School Review

Operating effectively and delivering high-quality education to its students.

A review gives assurance to the local community, the Minister for Education and Training and the Director General that a school is operating effectively and delivering high quality education to its students. The review acknowledges the achievements of the school and gives feedback to support the principal and staff with their improvement planning.

As part of the Public School Review process, the principal provides the review team with a self-assessment of the school’s performance. This information is validated by the review team prior to and during the school visit. This forms the basis for the school review report, which is provided to the principal, the chair of the School Board and the Regional Executive Director.

Inglewood Primary School is scheduled to have its next Public School Review during 2022.

The report from our recent Public School Review conducted in 2021 is now available for viewing here.
